Editorial
& AI

My next chapter starts with a question: as our tools change, how do we keep the work thoughtful, useful, and human? I’m curious about AI content quality because editing has taught me to notice what a message needs—and what a person needs from it.

My foundation is editing and quality review in creative work. I use ChatGPT to support research, drafting, and organization, alongside human review and brand judgment. I’m developing that foundation toward AI content evaluation.

I’m exploring AI evaluation from a foundation in editing, content, production support, and coordination.

Brand + real people + real lives + a story worth telling.

A polished message matters most when it connects with a human need. That principle guides how I approach content—and how I want to evaluate AI-assisted experiences.

AI Shopping Response Quality

A planned evaluation of 30 shopping prompts using seven quality dimensions. This is a project framework, with evaluation and results still to be completed.

Relevance

Does it answer the actual request?

Grounding

Are its claims supported?

Completeness

Does it address each important need?

Clarity

Can the reader follow it easily?

Personalization

Do the person’s constraints change the answer?

Tone

Does it sound appropriate and human?

Usefulness

Does it make the next decision easier?

Planned workflow

Record the response, score it, identify failures, explain the judgment, revise, and re-evaluate. Compare human ratings with AI judge ratings and investigate disagreements.

Next step: complete the evaluations, document my reasoning, and share what I learn.

About
Me

I’m Kina Moua, a Fresno State graduate with a BA in Mass Communication & Journalism and a focus in Advertising & Public Relations.

I love the moment an idea starts to feel real. My work brings together storytelling and organization: producing content, coordinating schedules and assets, translating feedback, and helping creative teams get work out into the world.

From campus communications to agency work and entertainment support, I’ve found that I enjoy both the imagination and the practical work behind an idea. Now I’m looking toward editorial and AI content quality, production, and creative operations. I want to keep learning, keep making, and bring that human perspective wherever my next chapter takes me.
